Hi, According the issue, I suspect that you could boot Windows 7 in Clean Boot, and try to run CMD.exe as administrator then check the issue again. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 If the issue persists, you could contact the provider to get more information about this behavior and whether it would change any registry key. Also make sure whether this behavior is allowed. On the other hand, you could use Process Monitor to check which registry key cause this issue: 1. Download Process Monitor. Run Cmd.exe as administrator. 2. Run Process Monitor, enter the command in prompt window 3. Stop Process Monitor after this error appears, save the log as a PML file. 4. Upload the file via SkyDrive and post a link here. http://explore.live.com/windows-live-skydrive?wa=wsignin1.0 After you uploading the log file, I would assist you to check the last registry keys which this process accessed. Then please check the owner of this registry. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hello there I am facing the same problem. Do you think I should follow the steps you outlined and upload the log file? Thanks

Hi I have done the above steps and I tried to upload the file via SkyDrive. It gave me an error that the log file exceeds 300MB so can't be uploaded. Could you tell me how do I capture only a snippet of processes and not the whole lot? Thanks
